- Customers may book privileges via the 24/7 hotline, email, or the dedicated digital portal exclusively for UOB Privilege customers.
- Service reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the intended time of use.
- Customers who wish to reschedule or cancel a service must contact the service team at least 24 hours in advance via 24/7 hotline. Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time, or failure to show up, will be considered as service usage.
- The curated menu is subject to change depending on the period.
- Not applicable on public holidays, reservation subject to availability of the service provider and must be used no later than December 31 each year.
